A bold loft studio transformation blending sculptural furniture with an open double-height layout.

This loft studio project presented a rare opportunity to work with dramatic vertical space and raw architectural character. KAVE approached the brief with a curated mix of bespoke dining, lounge, and accent pieces — each selected to complement the double-height ceiling and the open-plan fluidity of the layout. Terracotta-toned dining chairs anchor the social core of the space, while pendant lighting and a generous sofa draw the eye across both levels.
